After the running in this past weekend's Rock 'n' Roll San Jose Half Marathon, I felt totally drained for the next couple of days. I couldn't believe how tired I was. All I wanted to do was sleep and sleep and more sleep.
Although I was pressed for time, I briefly stopped by the gym.
