1st Post - Rock 'n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon Workouts. August 18, 2011

Finally went out on my 1st post-Rock 'n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon run.

Legs felt rusty and tired early on.  It also didn't help there was heavy headwinds.

5.08 miles @ 0:55:50

Also, made it to the gym for a workout on weights, free weights and abs:  0:30:00

In addition, walked 2 miles.

Guestimate calories burned for the day:  813
