New Burger King Veggie Burger and Sweet Potato Fries

Dr. Oz had the new Burger King Veggie Burger on his show the other day.  If the Dr. approves, sure, why not?  Here's a pic of my first Burger King Veggie Burger and an order of Sweet Potato Fries. Yummy!!!

New Burger King Veggie Burger and Sweet Potato Fries

The new Veggie Burger and Sweet Potato Fries are available at limited Burger King locations.

If you hold the mayo on the Veggie Burger, it's only about 320 calories.  A medium order of Sweet Potato Fries is about 390 calories, compared to the 410 calories of an order of Medium Fries.

Happy dining!

  1. Yikes. I just checked the Sweet Potato Fries nutritional information. 120 grams is the medium serving size. They actually have 390 calories. Medium french fries have 410 calories for 153 grams. Based on calories per gram french fries (2.68) are better than sweet potato fries (3.25).

Darn you - now I feel like eating french fries! :)

  2. @WadiaSoft - Thanks for pointing that out; it's been updated. My eyes slid down the wrong column. For fueling long runs, I think really need the regular potato variety.

    Carbs
    - Medium salted fries - 58 grams
    - Medium potato fries - 48 grams
