San Francisco Halloween Run and Walk for Schools
5k and 1 miler

Both the 5k and 1 miler are within Golden Gate Park.
I once did their Christmas 5k and 1 miler in 2009. It was based on gun time, and the race results were off by about 11 seconds.
But, the T shirt that year had some cute snowmen on it.
No doubt with the budget cuts affecting schools, any funds raised would benefit schools.
