7 Miles, An Elliptical and Some Weights. May 19, 2011

I felt like I did a little of everything today throughout the day and evening.  Sometimes you have to squeeze little things done here and little things done there.

Activities for the day:
  1. 2 miles walked while doing errands
  2. 5 miles running at the Fleet Feet San Francisco charity run, benefiting Japanese Tsunami Relief/American Red Cross
  3. 35 minutes on an elliptical
  4. and 35 minutes weights

My legs still felt tired from the Zazzle Bay to Breakers 12k I had done 4 days ago during the 5 miler and on the elliptical, but I got in the mileage and the minutes.

Guestimate calories burned:  1,350
