Getting Around: Walked 3 Miles. January 25, 2012

It's the day after my 20 mile wog.

This time around, because I used some ice leg wraps on my knees, quads and hamstrings, my legs seemed to have recovered faster than if I hadn't.

For today, walked 3 miles.
