8.16 Miles and Yoga

Finally, my work schedule has eased up a bit.

Got in 8.16 miles.  Was underfueled.  Legs still felt out of sync.  But, I know that if I keep going, things will fall back into place.

Also, got in 30 minutes of yoga while watching TV.
